Cancellation Policy

Southwest Muscular Respects your time and appreciates the same courtesy in return. Please allow 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A non cancellation or non notice of reschedule will forfeit a refund of your online booking deposit, or if you have paid in full then half of that amount will be retained for the inconvenience to scheduling and the remainder returned to your account.
